A 76‐year‐old man presented to clinic with a 3‐week history of a lesion on his central forehead. The lesion was slowly increasing in size, becoming darker and occasionally bled.
A black crusted papule, 3 × 3 mm in size, was visualized on the central forehead. Dermoscopy revealed areas of superficial haemorrhage suggestive of a possible irritated haemangioma.
