The article describes the case of a 69-year-old man with a history of increasing confusion, memory loss, unsteadiness and body spasms and was diagnosed with anti leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1 (LGI1) limbic encephalitis with associated faciobrachial dystonic seizures and hyponatraemia
