Abstract
Drug-induced interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a rare but potentially fatal complication from the disease modifying drugs that we use for rheumatological conditions. Clinical presentation, prevalence and screening for MTX pneumonitis will be focussed upon. Diagnostic criteria for hypersensitivity pneumonitis will be reviewed. The talk will also give an overview of ILD reported with the other commonly used DMARDs as well as biologics.
