Abstract: The introduction of the xxxxxxxx (GIBPS) technique represents a patient-centric novel and innovative method of ultrasound guided corticosteroid injection targeting the Glenohumeral joint (GHJ) and the Subacromial-Subdeltoid (SASD) bursa in a sequential manner, in the same setting. By integrating the two different sites of injection into a single technique, the procedure has the potential of transforming musculoskeletal interventional radiology and maximising patient care in shoulder pathologies. This procedure aims to reduce patient discomfort, optimise procedural efficiency, and enhance treatment precision through ultrasound guidance and improve the overall patient experience.
