Health Information Week 2025: Day Two

Today’s theme for Health Information Week is Mental Health. Along with the HIW team, we have put together a list of online resources and materials to help you with your mental health and wellbeing.

The list includes links to various organisations and resources that can help you if you are struggling with mental health issues, including stress, anxiety and depression as well as more general resources on mental wellbeing and mindfulness.

The Trust

Your NHS Library
The Reading Well Book Collection is available for all our library members and includes self-help books on stress, anxiety, depression, mental wellbeing and mindfulness. You can find out about our Reading Well Collections here:

 

Your Public Library
Your local public library service also has Reading Well books and other resources to help with mental health.
