Lord Darzi Report 2024

Lord Darzi was commissioned in July 2024 by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care to conduct an independent investigation of the the NHS.
The full 163 page report has now been published today and is available on the Department of Health and Social Care website here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/independent-investigation-of-the-nhs-in-england
Lord Darzi has provided a summary at the beginning of the report which includes a look at his findings and also provides a conclusion. Alongside the report, a 331 page Technical Annex has been published which contains over 330 analyses commissioned for the investigations.
